"Kiddie Candids"

After my mom had gone back to Montana she decided that she'd come back down to Idaho and be with me and the kids after I had my gall bladder surgery. I am SO THANKFUL that she did because she was able to help me so much and I know that my recovery went so much faster because I was able to rest! THANK YOU SO MUCH MOM!!!! We had a wonderful time with you and appreciate all of the service you gave us!!!

She took lots of cute pictures of the kids while she was here. These are some of my favorites:

Since we're getting ready to move (AGAIN!) we have no shortage of boxes here!

(But laundry baskets work too!!!)

Tubby Time!!!

What's cuter than two cute kids in a tub with bubbles on their heads?!?!

This one really shows off Livy's little potbelly!!!

Fishie-kiss!!!

Ahhh...to be so free........

Brady is "shooting" Grammie with Buzz Lightyear's laser gun!!!

About a week after my surgery I was feeling so well that my mom and I had a really nice day at our ward's Super Saturday! All of the lessons were amazing and so was the company and the food!!! Here we are modeling our new digs from the DI!!!! We spent a few hours shopping there on Saturday night and had a blast!!!

This is my silly baby!!!

Who also likes to read, apparently! (upside down!)

We took the kids to the McDonald's playground again and they had so much fun!

Bye, bye for now!!!

My Mom....she's back again!!!

My mom was inspired to go back up to Montana the day that she was supposed to fly back home to Maine. So the poor woman ended up on a greyhound bus for like 14 hours! She was a wonderful help to my Aunt Linda and Uncle John in Seeley Lake, MT. My Uncle fell off a roof while doing some construction work a little over a year ago and he broke his neck and paralized his vocal cords. She was able to help my Aunt get him some more medical help that he was in need of. While there my other aunts all went up there so they could all be together, and in fact, my two uncles also got together, so the six siblings were able to be together for the first time sine my Grammie's funeral about 6 years ago!

They had a wonderful reunion with each other and my Grandpa and his new wife, Leona, who we all love!

This is my Aunt Linda and Uncle John: He was able to make it to the reunion and had such a wonderful time being together with family.

Back L-R: Linda, Sandra (mom), Brenda
Front L-R: Steven, Donna, Scott (and Scrap!)

Girls' breakfast out!!! (Notice they are all getting OLD and are wearing glasses!)

Two oldest sisters: Linda and Brenda

Two youngest sisters: Sandy and Donna

They got to do one of their favorite things! Apple picking!!! When they were teenagers they lived and worked on an apple orchard so it's very nostalgic for them!!!

My mom took some more beautiful pictures of Montana (and Idaho) scenery:

This one just cracks me up!

It was very hazy because of all of the wild fires in the area.

(yes, there really are still places like this in Idaho!)

Playing at the Park and My Birthday

These are the last pictures from when my parents were here visiting! Now that I've got all of that caught up I have to catch up on what's been going on here for the last month!

For my birthday we had a nice, relaxing afternoon at Rock Creek Park here in Twin Falls. We had a picnic under a gorgeous tree and took a walk along the creek. All of the guys played bocce and catch with the baseball. It was a nice way to spend a beautiful afternoon!

Grandpa teaches Brady how to fly his little airplane that they bought for him
This picture of Olivia looks JUST LIKE ME when I was her age!!!

Andrew loves to climb ANYTHING (as you've seen in previous posts!)
He spent much of the afternoon relaxing in this tree...

...or pretending to be a monkey!

Then Grandpa played Baseball with Brady and Chris fielded the ball.
Brady got some pretty good hits! We're excited for him to play T-ball this spring!

I love these action shots- Brady had his eyes closed every time he hit the ball!
We'll have to work on that!

Mom and Livy and I went for a nice walk and Olivia was being a little squirmy worm! Every time I out her down she's try to run off so we had to carry her the whole time!

Playing "beep, beep" with Grammie's nose!

I love this one- it's so sweet!

Grandpa "teaching" Olivia how to play Bocce!

Andrew and Chris: "Brothers from another mother!"

Later that evening we went home and changed into some nicer clothes and my parents took us out for my birthday dinner! It was YUMMY!!!

Olivia decided she was done and put her shirt over her face!
It was the cutest thing!

We had such a wonderful time with my parents and brother here! It's really hard sometimes to live so far away but it's wonderful when we get such a length of time to be together! We love you Mom and Dad (Grammie and Grandpa) and Uncle Andrew!!!
Hopefully next time we get together my other brother, Bryce can be with all of us too! We love you too Uncle Bryce!!!
